Shipping policy

At Yunāh, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our goal is to provide a seamless, transparent shipping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12PM (AEST) will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


3. Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


4. Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link or contact us at yunahhelp@gmail.com

  • Yunāh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.


5. Shipping Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched.

  • If you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.


6. Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Some specialty or pre-order items may require additional production time.

  • Estimated dispatch dates for these items will be listed on the product page.
