At Yunāh, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our goal is to provide a seamless, transparent shipping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12PM (AEST) will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
3. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
4. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link or contact us at yunahhelp@gmail.com

Yunāh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
5. Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched.

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
6. Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some specialty or pre-order items may require additional production time.

Estimated dispatch dates for these items will be listed on the product page.
